"How can I update my existing property listing?" Updating your existing Property Listing is a very simple process. Step one : Go to the main menu and click on "Login" and select Seller/Agent. Step two : Enter your email address and password in the required fields (or request your password to be resent). Upon successful login, your personalized Desktop Menu will then be available. From this menu you can: - Manage Property Listings - edit content and add/delete photos or change listing status (i.e., "SOLD" or "Cancel")
- Post a new property listing
- Modify your seller profile, email, login password and contact information
- Maintain messages to/from interested buyers and respond

IMPORTANT : You must use these custom URL's to display a ListedGreen Property Listing on your web page(s), real estate blogs, Twitter page, Facebook and Linkedin accounts, or when text messaging. Property listing information (price, living area, land size) is displayed in U.S. format, so converting currency and area may be required. BACK TO QUESTIONS "Why are pictures so important in a property listing?" Pictures are very important to a property listing. Statistics show that a listing with no pictures are rarely viewed. You can upload up to 8 photos of your green property listing. Photos in your Listed Green listing are presented in a very professional slideshow format. If you don't currently have photos, you can still place a listing - but we highly recommend uploading photos as soon as possible. Important notes regarding photos: - We recommend you NOT use "vertical" photos - submit the typical "horizontal" shots as you would normally hold a camera
- Please DO NOT use small "thumbnail" photos - all photos submitted to us are always resized and optimized for quick viewing on the slideshow
- Try to use optimized images (reduced file size for the web). Use a lower resolution when taking property photos for online use

Creating a new Property Listing is a very simple process: Step #1) From the main top menu click on "Create" and select "Property Listing" - you'll be prompted to create a Seller/Agent profile. Step #2 ) Once a profile is created, you'll see your personal Desktop Menu. You'll also receive an email with your login information (check your junk email folder) From your personal Desktop Menu you can: - Create a new property listing
- Edit existing property listing content (price change, etc.) and photos
- Edit your personal profile, email address and password (login info)
- Upload an Agent photo
- Maintain messages to/from interested Buyers (you'll receive instant notifications from Buyers via email)
- See how many Buyers have actually viewed your listing(s) View Snapshot
- Activate your Agent Profile to be visible in the Agent Search results (if no property listings exist for the agent)
- Review listing purchase receipts
