TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ADVERTISING AGREEMENT FOR LISTEDGREEN®
You (customer/seller/agent/auditor) agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Basic/Featured Property Listing packages posted on ListedGreen.com are subject to recurring or fixed fee charges until customer either "Requests Deletion" of their Listing or posts as "Sold"
- No refunds of unused time after successful payment, unless a Property Listing is denied by Listed Green staff
- Agent Profiles are recurring annual subscriptions - No refunds of unused time after successful payment.
- Home Energy Auditor "Auditor" Profiles are recurring annual subscriptions - No refunds of unused time after successful payment
- Any credit (discount) for new Profile(s) will be processed the same day the purchase has been made, but may not appear back on the credit card used, for up to 3 business days. This discount will apply to the first year only.
- Customer understands that ListedGreen.com is not an "automatic database". All Property Listing information is personally reviewed by Listed Green staff to ascertain it contains sufficient green, energy efficient and/or sustainable attributes before posting and Listings may require up to 24 hours before approval/posting
- Customer agrees and understands that any refund of payment (resulting from a denied Property Listing) may take up to 3 business days from date of Property Listing submission
- Listed Green reserves the right to refuse and remove any Listing content and/or any Seller/Agent, Auditor or Buyer Profile submitted on this website
ListedGreen® takes great pride in protecting your privacy and our policy is a simple one:
Any information you provide to ListedGreen.com from which you could be identified will only be collected for Listing or Inquiry identification purposes and will never be sold to any person(s) and/or organization(s) at any time. Any and all customers also agree and understand that all information provided on each Property Listing or Seller/Agent, Auditor or Buyer Profile of this website will be made public.
Seller/Agent, Auditor or Buyer may modify any details we maintain about them anytime, by logging into their respective personal Desktop Menu.

ListedGreen.com is not a seller of real estate, nor an agent for property owners. ListedGreen.com offerings are limited to paid advertising and editorial content for/about green, energy efficient, ecological homes and sustainable living to the general public.
ListedGreen.com is not responsible for, and does not engage in, brokering, selling, purchasing, exchanging, or leasing posted properties.
ListedGreen.com does not counsel sellers or buyers, show properties, or negotiate sales contracts. Accordingly, no brokerage relationship or any agency or fiduciary relationship is intended to be or shall be deemed to have been created between ListedGreen.com and any seller or buyer of real estate.
ListedGreen.com makes no representations about properties advertised on ListedGreen.com about the sellers of such properties, about the accuracy of information provided by such sellers, or about the financial capabilities of prospective buyers. Prospective buyers are advised to perform all due diligence before entering into a contract to purchase property, and all parties are encouraged to seek the help of a licensed real estate professional and real estate attorney.
Real Estate Licensees:
Sellers (customers) who are licensed, as an agent, broker, or other licensed real estate professional must ensure that their advertising description conforms to all laws and regulations applicable to online advertising of properties by such licensees. These requirements may include, disclosure of the licensee's name, any firm with which the licensee is affiliated, office location, and the jurisdiction(s) where the licensee is licensed.
Agents, Brokers or other licensed real estate professionals understand and agree that any information provided to ListedGreen.com does not violate the Fair Housing Act, by stating in any property description for the sale or rental of any dwelling, a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap, nor violates any state or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service.
You and ListedGreen.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
Choice of Law and Forum:
Severability and Integration:
Unless otherwise specified herein this Advertising Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties listed below and ListedGreen.com and its affiliates with respect to this site and our services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and ListedGreen.com with respect to the web site or services.
